An innovative Forming Technology that Integrated Casting and Forging(Abbr: FTICF) we developped to overcome the industry challenges of the inability to perform heat treatment, anodized treatment, welding, and using deformed alloys for die casting etc.
The castings produced by FTICF are as good as high-pressure die casting in surface quality, and they are comparable to forged parts in mechanical and fatigue properties.
Compared to squeeze casting, FTICF can handle a wider range of alloy materials, including cast aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and deformed aluminum alloys, while also addressing the issue of cracking in deformed aluminum alloys during the casting process.
Compared to forging, it enables the production of more complex structures while requiring only 1 single set of molds, thereby simplifying the process, significantly enhancing production efficiency, and reducing costs.
